About this house rental
Welcome to the Kimball Vacation Home, a centrally located three-bedroom, two-bath North Lake Tahoe cabin in the heart of Agate Bay. This inviting mountain retreat features an oversized attached two-car garage, vaulted ceilings, an open-concept living area perfect for gathering, and an additional loft living space with a flat screen TV. Relax after a day of adventure in the new hot tub located off the back deck. Ideally situated for year-round enjoyment, the home offers convenient access to Northstar California Resort, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades Tahoe in the winter, while Lake Tahoe's beaches, hiking, and dining are just minutes away in the summer.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, the vacation rental is three houses down from the Butterfield Pet Friendly Rental Home.
All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Nice, clean, spacious house; plenty of room for 7 of us. Well supplied. Hosts were communicative prior to and during our stay, providing lots of information and responding quickly to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family had an amazing time in Tahoe and loved having this house as our base camp. Everything was as advertised and well equipped to cook dinners or prepare our meals and lunches before heading out for the day. There was plenty of space indoors and out for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, foosball and cornhole. It’s a leisurely walk down to the water but very enjoyable through the neighborhood and close to mini-golf and a coffee place.
