This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates larger families and groups, while the single-level layout with wide hallways makes it ideal for guests of all ages, including those needing easier accessibility.
Step inside and experience true Sierra charm—cozy furnishings, warm mountain décor, and a gas fireplace create the perfect setting for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Whether you're here for a winter getaway or a summer escape, this home delivers the classic Tahoe cabin experience.
Out back, the property has been recently upgraded with a brand-new deck and private hot tub—perfect for soaking under the stars after a full day of adventure. The Tesla charger in the garage adds an extra level of convenience for modern travelers.
All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed wireless internet, cable, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.
Impotant:
On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.
Some Highlights Include:
•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

The trip was amazing! The property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed having enough rooms for everyone. The fireplace and private jacuzzi were definite highlights of our stay. Will definitely be coming back!
