About this apartment rental
Expertly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, oceanfront Margate condo is modern elegance at its finest! The living room is relaxed yet refined and has access to the balcony and an incredible north-facing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach below! There is plenty of seating with a L-shaped sofa, 2 rocker swivel chairs and a club chair; the living room also boasts a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining area is delightful, it is completely open to the living area and has seating for 6 under the clear sea glass chandelier. This condo features a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and upgraded cabinets. There are tons of wonderful cookware, dinnerware, and stemware.
The master bedroom is enormous; it has tons of light, a desk for those that need it, and has access to a truly magnificent ensuite!! This stylish, yet comfortable space is decorated in soothing ocean colors, this space is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized adjustable bed!! The master ensuite features a double vanity and a custom glass-enclosed shower with multiple shower heads, including a rain shower head and a handheld. The first guest bedroom is as spacious as it is enchanting, featuring a king-sized bed, this room continues the theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has with luxurious ocean views. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is cozy with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The third bathroom is well-appointed with beautiful finishes and a glass-enclosed stand-up shower. There is a “beach entry” door in addition to the main for less transfer of sand/water along with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

Great location, beautiful view and nice amenities. Great for family with easy access to food, shopping and the pools/beach. Having chairs and an umbrella were super helpful. It would be nice to have more bath towels. Offering beach towels would be ideal. The kitchen is well stocked but the Keurig needs a good cleaning. We could not use it for the limescale. We used the coffee pot but had bought pods so had to improvise. Overall I would recommend the condo and we will be back.

Very nice condo with all the important amenities one wants if you are paying extra for beachfront. Loved the location and convenience of stores and shopping.
