The kitchen had everything I needed, everything was perfect just wish I could stay longer. The only thing is that this is not a review or survey for 2704 this is for 1203. The rooms were spotless and being able to do laundry was a plus. We really didn’t have to leave the room for much just to walk on the beach and to do a little shopping,!other then that we could’ve stayed in the room. That’s for the update about the room changing and staying in contact about any changes. I know we didn’t have to do it but we cleaned up and washed the dishes we used, wanted to leave the room in the shape that we found it or if not better. A

This is a great condo, in a great building, with a great view. I have stayed in numerous condos in the Margate Tower and this is probably the best one yet. It is very well equipped throughout, including kitchen items for cooking and eating large meals, as well as extra blankets and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts provided very clear communications. They were also wonderfully responsive to our questions and requests (late checkout. etc.). Because a good review must include something to improve, I will note that all the TVs provide good cable TV service, but none of them are smart TVs or offer apps to login to your preferred streaming services. We could watch all the football we wanted, so that was not a concern for us, but it might be helpful for others. I recommend this unit and suggest you watch the ocean instead of the TV!
