Perfectly located on the main strip of KK in Milwaukee’s eclectic Bay View directly next to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Minutes from downtown, Summerfest, art museum. You’ll have the entire 2nd floor of this sunny duplex. Stylishly designed - 2 bedrooms with Casper mattresses, a bright kitchen with seating area, a work space in the master, and a comfy living room with a smart TV.
The space has 2 patio spaces, a small backyard area, an in-unit washer & dryer as well as 1 free parking space.
The Space:
The space is located on the second floor of a duplex in a vibrant area of Milwaukee's hip neighborhood, Bay View.

- Fast Internet
- In-unit washer and dryer - free to use
- Living room features a comfy tuffed sofa, mounted smart TV, record and tape player and records.
- Bathroom has a tub/shower combo
- Small back yard with decks (2) and grass.
- The space has a shared charcoal grill
The unit is a good size, with tons of natural light throughout. The primary bedroom features a large king sized bed with casper mattress. (one of reoccurring points of feedback has been how comfy the beds are!). The second bedroom has full-sized casper. Both rooms have ample closet space.
Funky decor and furniture throughout, with art filling many of the walls throughout.
The kitchen is comfortable to hang out, eat, and cook.
One lovely feature of this space is the two decks. One overlooking the vibrant street with bars and restaurants, and the other in the back of the home is large enough to entertain and hang. The larger deck has a dining table with chairs and an umbrella.
Guest Access:
You'll have a private entrance to the unit off the back of the home.

Bay View's an eclectic neighborhood right near the lake. This space is right on KK, the main strip, with tons of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The property is minutes from the lake, dog parks, and down town - including the Summerfest grounds and Harley Davidson museum.
Other Things to Note:
The space is right on KK directly next to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses.
All bedrooms have white noise machines.

This apartment was great for our quick stay in Milwaukee. Great location - Bayview is one of our fav neighborhoods. The apartment is cute, comfy beds, well equipped. Definitely recommend!
