About this apartment rental

Recently updated with a fresh coat of paint and new floor boards, Swainson on Bent is adorned with stylish decor to match.

Spaciousness means all the required home necessities are provided, including a generous shower and nicely tucked away washer and dryer in the bathroom. In the quietest part of the apartment, the reasonably sized bedrooms are situated away from the busy city streets and feature a modest sized wardrobe in bedroom one.

Sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings dress the modern open plan living area, making it easy to enjoy the natural light beaming in from the huge ceiling to floor back windows. Not to mention, the double sliding doors on a cozy lane way balcony means inner city living is as serene as ever!

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.

If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park for $25 per day. We have a parking space at UPark Rundle with a height clearance of 1.87m & 1.98m.

Please note that there is only one AC in the apartment, which is in the living room. Additional pedestal fans can be provided in the bedrooms upon request.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.

1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
3-4 guests > 2 queen beds
5-6 guests > 2 queen beds + trundle bed set up in the living room

If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).

When we arrive there was only bedding for 4 people nothing for the fifth person I made several phone calls and we never got bedding for our 12 yr old child till 10 pm There were only 2 mugs in the room for hot drinks and the fan didn’t work. This was dissapointing. Location was great

I was overall disappointed with the apartment. The apartment was not as nice as the online photo depicted. The couch had been covered with blankets as it was old and worn out and extremely squeaky.One of the bedrooms only had a small wire rack where you could place your things but there was't much room in there anyway. The second bedroom only had hanging space and no shelves whatsoever so we had nowhere to put our clothes during our stay and ended up living out of our suitcase for the duration of our stay which barely fit on the floor of the room so we were tripping over it the whole stay. The bathroom had no where to put our toiletries and the shower shelf had been removed so we had to put our toiletries on the floor which was very inconvenient for a person with back problems. The apartment slept 4 people yet there were only 2 mugs in the kitchen and 3 mismatched cereal bowls and only a few drinking glasses available for my family of 4 to use. One of the mugs and one of the bowls were put away dirty.The laneway wasn't very clean and difficult to walk through as it was very narrow and only had a footpath on one side.I wasn't very impressed by this apartment and wouldn't stay here again.
