Location is ideal to see Pienza. The suite is on the second floor overlooking the shops and restaurants on the Main Street of the old village. Check in guy was great. Space is cute and well appointed. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would like personally. There are lots of throw pillows; however, I would suggest putting a couple more regular pillows on the bed. I was happy overall. NOTE: parking is not a reserved space and is 300m away across from the Coop store. If the lot is full, you are paying until one opens up. (14Euros a day if you cannot. We only had to wait a little as we were not staying in peak season. Parking in these little older towns is NEVER ideal though.

Our family of twelve, aged 8 to 80 years, stayed in three separate apartments. Two were in the same building on separate floors, and the third was a 5 minute walk away. All units were located in beautiful downtown Pienza with many dining, shopping and tourist sites within an easy walk for all members of the family. For a family of Midwest Americans staying in the middle of an old city walkable to nearly everything was w amazing. The separate units worked out fine for us as walking the town was part of the fun. The Italians sure understand curb appeal, every small street we turned down was enchanting. We also used Pienza as home base for visiting several sites in southern Tuscany. We did not use the kitchen for meals, but they appeared equipped for small meals. Moka pots with a small amount of coffee were provided in all units. The bathrooms were nice, with plenty of towels and toilet paper available. For sleeping each apartment slept four with one bedroom and either a pullout sleeper couch or other type of bed in the main room. Check-In and Check-Our went smoothly. Two installment payments were made prior to check-in. Marco has been pleasant to deal with via messaging and has even helped return some property left behind We highly recommend this property and Pienza for your visit to Tuscany.
