Please note that the beach comes and goes with the tide and the storms. We unfortunately do not have control over the access to the beach. Sometimes it is perfect and other times it has a bit of a drop off which can be challenging for our seniors.
NOTE: We have added some games and puzzles.
We are providing 10 plush beach towels. They are not part of the linen package you will need to launder them if you choose to use them. If they are not laundered and returned to the basket you will incur additional cleaning fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional feels will be charged if:
1. Food is left in the refrigerator. Outer Banks Food Pantry would love to have unopened food if you cannot take it with you.
2. Cleaning of beach towels that are not part of the linen package.
3. Moving furniture back to its original location.
4. Any other additional work for the cleaning staff. Please see check out procedure.

This was a great place to stay! When we arrived the house was spotless! The house is nice, the showers are nice and big, and the direct access to beach was amazing. We had to contact the host and they got back with us right away. We will definitely stay here again!

Home was just as pictured. Such easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

House was quaint and nicely decorated, and the location was top notch! Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful. Bedrooms were rather small, and the house was a bit tight overall for our family of 9.
Due to many allergies in our group, we have high cleanliness standards. House was extremely dusty (blinds, baseboards, under furniture, etc) and the bathrooms were not the cleanest.The filters were caked in dust, but the owner quickly replaced them which we greatly appreciated; I'm assuming this is why the house was so dusty. Showers had a lot of mold on the caulking and hair still in them. The master shower drain was clogged upon arrival. Someone in our party had to unclog a large hair ball from it for it to work properly. We had to clean a lot upon arriving to feel comfortable; however, I understand that everyone's idea of "clean" varies. While I understand that vacation homes can't be deep cleaned weekly, this house didn't appear to have been deep cleaned in a rather long time. The lower level had a basement smell and was cooled by one wall unit. Additionally, there was a public walkway right next to the house/deck and a large uncovered window where people could see directly into the dining room and living room area. The outdoor shower was very short and didn't have any privacy.
All previous reviews said the home was very clean so we may have just experienced an off week for the cleaning crew. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
