About this house rental
Awesome location just three minutes walk to beach and pier and a private pool! Pier features fishing and Fish Heads Bar and Grille with live music. You'll LOVE the sunrise and sunset views from the deck and listening to the ocean. Start your day with your coffee or nespresso on the deck watching a sunrise and end your day with a sunset in the hot tub! Enjoy the privacy provided by the nature preserve.
Be sure to check out nearby Jockey's Ridge State Park featuring the tallest natural sand dunes on the east coast and Cape Hatteras National Seashore just nearby. Some of our favorite restaurant spots nearby are Sam and Omie's, Mulligan's and Tortuga's Lie; great atmospheres with great food!
This is also our personal family vacation home where we make our memories so we ensure it is clean and well maintained for you to enjoy and we have been busy upgrading the house since we purchased it this winter. You will find new living room furniture and flooring, mattresses, a/c heat pumps, a new upper deck, new patio chairs and a new hot tub as well as an updated bathroom, entryway, entry door and main floor ceilings and a cool surfboard shaped table and chairs arriving in mid June! Almost forgot, the NEW private pool!
Two of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and king beds. Other bedrooms are a queen bed and bunk beds.
We know your family will love vacationing in our family's favorite place, the Outer Banks!

This is a nice property. Enjoyed the nice big kitchen/dining/living area. Dual master suites with private decks on separate floors was what we had hoped for and it was perfect. Lots of parking, house is set back from the main road so no traffic in front of the house at all. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. 10/10

Beautiful home (that goes on forever!) with a great location! We were in awe when we first arrived, this home is huge! Everything was great and no detail missed. Everything we needed,
was here. In addition, the pool is absolutely beautiful!! We spent alot of time at the pool.
The pier across the street was fun too!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and had a very cozy feel to it. We love Nags Head and had already been there for a week when we decided we wanted to stay another week. We couldn’t stay in our current rental so we had to find something else quickly. We booked our stay here only one day before arriving and Seth made sure it was ready and perfect for our last minute arrival. The kitchen was well stocked which was great for us because we cook a lot while on vacation. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFU and exactly as described. Across the street from the beach, great location! Access to how was made simple and easy. Property owner wonderful to work with. Would live to rent again next year!
