About this apartment rental
Accommodation consisting of double bedroom, living area with kitchenette and 2-seater sofa bed (mattresses), bathroom with shower, veranda with sea view, barbecue, reserved parking space. Microwave grill, hairdryer, iron, TV, fridge available. Presence of stairs to reach the apartment, not suitable for people with disabilities.
Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, 2 euros per person for a maximum of 10 nights, excluding minors up to 12 years of age and elderly people over 76 years of age.
Served as a small market (only in summer), bazaar, kiosk on the beach with rental of umbrellas, deckchairs and sports equipment, bar pizzeria, restaurant where you can taste excellent local delicacies.
Uncontaminated area, sea reachable on foot in 5 minutes, countless beaches, cliffs, coves, kilometre-long dunes of fine sand (Piscinas) shaped by the mistral and south-westerly winds, crystal clear waters, all surrounded by junipers and hills of Mediterranean scrub where you can spot deer , wild boars, martens, foxes, hares, plovers, martins, hawks, pink flamingos (Sant'Antonio di Santadi) and other protected species.
With your own equipment or for a fee, the following activities are possible in the surroundings of the structure: off-road excursions, quad, dinghy, canoe, SUP, snorkeling, surfing, fishing tourism, trekking, visits to the mining archeology complexes of Montevecchio and Ingurtosu, museum of the knife, festivals, village festivals and much more in a relaxing and welcoming context.
In the 47km of coast of the municipality of Arbus which extends from Capo Frasca to Capo Pecora the main beaches are: S'Enna 'e S'Arca, Pistis, Torre dei Corsari, Tunaria, Portu Sa Murta, Funtanazza, Gutturu 'e Flumini, Campu Sali, Portu Maga, Piscinas, Scivu.
