About this house rental
Newly built home in the Driftwood Association on Popham beach. Unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, ocean and Seguin & Pond lighthouses at popular Popham Beach. Private beach access. Popham is a private beach.
Four stories including daylight basement with office/ den. Need to work during your stay? Office with desk WifI and printer. 2 car garage.
Main living level is open to kitchen, dining and living room, lots of glass overlooking islands, lighthouses and sea. Full bath with shower on this level.
Mid level has 2 bedrooms, one queen, one full and twin. Full bath on this level with shower/tub washer and dryer. Ocean view deck is accessed by a hallway.
Top level is a huge master bedroom suite with King size bed, one twin ( works well for families with young children) and seating area. Full bath with shower and double sinks.
Close to Fort Popham.
Streaming TV,WIFI, landline phone ( poor cell service ) with free long distance
Formerly the land was part of Ocean View Cottages and Campground.
Open year round. Spend Thanksgiving or Christmas here with your family. Popham Beach is beautiful any time of the year.
Please note this property has ring security cameras on both front and back.
All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association. No guests are allowed in the home or on the property and beach beyond the limit of 9 people. This home has 4 total parking spaces.

Beautiful & comfortable home in clean and well maintained private community. Very close to one of the most peaceful - beautiful beaches in Maine. Comfortable beds - great open living area. Kitchen had everything one needs.

This was a very comfortable home to stay in. I appreciated the nice cotton sheets and comforters. It could have used more hand towels and a colander in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful!

We rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday and have a family Thanksgiving meal together. What a lovely week we had! Even the rainy days were nice. The house is comfortable and in such a great location. Beautiful views out of all the windows.

My wife, myself and another couple wanted to explore the coast of Maine and have a nice retreat as we finished each day. This could not have been a more perfect home to do so. Our friends were coming from Colorado and we had to adjust the dates and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The home itself was warm and bright and the view from all the rooms was amazing! We loved starting and ending each day here. We would urge everyone to go down to the Popham Fort and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine at the picnic table. It was a wonderful highlight! We certainly recommend this home!
