This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This is the place- no need to look further. This property is well kept, clean and you can't beat the views. It is literally steps from the ocean with ocean views from the master bedroom and main living area. The decks provide great places for enjoying a meal or watching the people walking by below. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked most of our meals and they had every appliance, gadget, serving bowl or pot or pan we needed and more. This is a great location for families. We appreciated the large garage- big enough for our mini van. I could go on and on about the amenities. The only problem I had with this place was saying goodbye!

Fantastic property! Amazing location and views. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of hot water for my family of 6. Would stay again. Rooms were very clean.

Had a great stay!So many positives to share: beach view/access, modern/clean property, garage parking, extra bathrooms, prompt host communication, etc.Just one suggestion: Consider moving the WiFi router to a more central location, or adding mesh WiFi -- Internet access from the back bedrooms of the property was pretty spotty. No problems from the living room/kitchen though.
