About this apartment rental
Just minutes to Disney Parks, this family size condo will accommodate up to 5 for a memorable stay. Amazing location and lake view!
One king bedroom with bonus bunk bed nook and sofa bed sleeper.
There is an updated kitchen with all major and small appliances. The condo has an updated spacious main bedroom, two full baths and a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool and lake. There is a king bed in the main bedroom and a set of bunk beds in a nook off the hall. The queen size sleeper sofa can be utilized to accommodate 2 more people. This unit is located on the 18th floor for amazing view.
Tile and vinyl throughout (no carpets)

- Convention Center (6 miles)
- Universal Studios (8 miles)
- Orlando Airport (16 miles)
Guest access
Guests can use the resort’s facilities which include several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.
Check out time is at 11AM.
Facilities are managed by the resort
- Reception Hours: Front Desk open 24 hours to check you in!
- Pool Hours: 8AM to 11PM
- Gym: 24 hours
When you are arrive, you must turn into the temporary parking lot right outside the main gate and walk to the front desk to check in at the small administration building, once you have checked in, your room keys will open the main gates when needed.
Sleeping includes one king bed in main bedroom (2 adults), a bunk bed with two single beds in hall nook (2 children), and a queen sofa sleeper in living room(1-2 adults).

The view was amazing, 18th floor. The condo was very clean and everything was exactly as noted in the description. Would come back here in a heart beat.
