We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron. Views were incredible from both balconies (view of lake on one side and Disney parks on the other). Great view of the fireworks at night and easy access to the pools. The pier was closed for repairs while we were there but was fun to walk around the one night it was open. Super close to Disney Springs. We were there for a dance convention and were less than 10 minutes from the host hotel. It was perfect for our family of 4 having the two bedrooms. Malcolm was very helpful and responsive to messages. Thanks for a great week in Orlando!

We loved the location! The views were great! It was a perfect size for our family of five! There was a lot of mold. That may be typical of Florida, but that was a little bit concerning. Communication was good, but we would have appreciated more details on where the lobby was to check in. We tried the first floor of both towers before realizing the check in desk was in another building. It was late, so maybe that would have been more obvious to us earlier in the day.
