About this house rental
Unwind at our Modern Boho Gilbert Oasis in the beautiful Val Vista neighborhood. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood with a relaxing backyard; including a sparkling pool, outdoor patio and pool lounge area. Enjoy some fresh oranges or grapefruits and play some outdoor games with the family. Minutes from downtown Gilbert where you're surrounded by fun shopping, great restaurants, much more! Golfing and Hiking in the near vicinity as well! Sought after location - central to most everything.
This single story modern boho oasis is our second home that we take great pride in. Our decor has an inviting Arizona vibe while being completely modern and functional. The area is open and inviting with large windows that allow for natural light to illuminate the space. The patio opens to a beautiful desert themed backyard and sparking blue luxurious swiming pool.
THE LIVING ROOM
Sit back and relax on the comfortable L-shaped sectional and modern accent chair. Stream Netflix on the 55" Smart TV or log into any of your favorite steaming apps, just don't forget to logout before you leave! In the TV console table, you will find card games & board games you can enjoy with the family.
KITCHEN & DINING
ENJOY our fully equipped kitchen, it should have most everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Anything in the kitchen is a go, just use good hygiene practices and ensure you're being being respectful of the next guest. Enjoy coffee on us because we know it's an essential start to everyone's day.
On top of that you will have access to garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher pods.

WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY....
Respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.
In addition, to keep our home nice and clean, please do NOT wear your shoes inside the home. Stains on the carpets will be subject to additional fees.

You will have uninterrupted access to the entire home for the duration of your stay.
Two car parking available in the garage or multiple vehicle parking in the driveway. Please try to avoid parking on the street.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The entrance of the home (front door) and the side gate area are both common areas that are monitored by a security Camera (RING). This simply allows us to keep our home safe. There are no other security cameras in the home nor the backyard and you will have full privacy. Blocking either of the common place cameras or intentionally unplugging the WIFI will result in fees. ($150)

My husband and I stayed here during our recent visit. We have rented many VRBO houses and this is my all time favorite! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a nice neighborhood that allowed us to walk and jog easily. It’s location near San Tan mall, downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler with so many restaurant, bars, shopping options nearby was perfect. The backyard and pool are great and we spent so much time out there enjoying it. We are planning to come back and hope to rent this home again with our three older kids soon. I know they would love it and there will be plenty of room for all of us to stay here!!

I absolutely loved staying at this home. It was super clean and close to everything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes from the property also! Check in was super easy, plenty of things in the kitchen to get you started also. This place will definitely be my go to whenever I’m traveling to Arizona!! Thanks Mel! 3

The property was clean and welcoming. Easy to locate, directions were simple and direct. The pool was sparkling clean, warm during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and some. Location of the property is perfect, shops and a lot of restaurants nearby. While on my morning run, I came across a great place to run. The host is very responsive, I appreciate the promptness. Would definitely book a stay again.
