Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of the residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
No Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
No Pets Allowed.
Max car parking is 4 cars. Besides the 3 garage spots, there's room for an additional 2 cars in the driveway.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Occupancy cannot exceed the number of guests the property sleeps
Highchair and Pack-n-Play are available upon request
The pool cleaning company comes every Monday & Thursday around 8am, and the landscaper comes on Mondays around 10am. They are super quick and enter through the backyard and won't disturb you.

Overall the house - kitchens , bedrooms , baths were clean . I suggested some items that need to attention to the property owners/ managers . Pool service and lawn service - tended property during our stay . Do not think it is realistic to pay for pool / hot tub heating in winter months without covers and connections between pool and hot tub. Temps at 85F for hot tub not warmEnough for me . Plan accordingly for your group. Appreciated acceptance of later checkout to facilitate my husband and son completing remote work calls . Suggested cleaning of blue sofa .

We loved our stay in this home. We were here during the August heat wave and the house was a lovely retreat from the heat. Each room has its own ceiling fan and the AC system was easy to use. Because of the extreme heat we weren’t able to use the backyard as much as we wanted but it was gorgeous. Particularly we loved the huge ficus tree that provided great shade against the afternoon sun. Please note that it is out in nature and drops leaves regularly. These leaves will go in the pool and you will have to skim them out, but that’s part of being outside and having beautiful trees on the property. The pool was our favorite and we used it every morning before it got too hot. It was very clean and professionally maintained. We stay in vacation homes because we like the home aspect and we don’t expect to stay in a hotel. This definitely felt like staying in someone’s home who was very prepared for guests. There were plenty of pantry items, paper products, and linens available for our use. Everything was professionally cleaned. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again.

This property has a lot of potential, but it’s missing some basic amenities, which is disappointing at this price point. The backyard is fantastic, offering a great view of the water. However, simple issues stand out: only two trash bags provided for the stay, no garage door openers, no hair dryers, multiple burnt-out light bulbs, and no written instructions for the pool and spa. These are easy fixes that could enhance the experience significantly.On the positive side, the property is well-laid-out, located in a nice neighborhood, and features great TVs and a well-appointed kitchen. Our main unresolved issue was with the pool and spa. The water circulation wasn’t functioning properly, causing the pool to overheat, and the fountain wasn’t working. For an additional 480 in pool heating fees, we expected everything to work properly.This property has a lot going for it, but addressing these basic issues would make it much more enjoyable. We would consider coming back.
