The ramp worked awesome for my large power wheelchair. The first floor was very accessible. The bedrooms on the second floor were a bit far from the bathroom in the basement but we managed.

The house was clean, comfy, and charming. Perfect for our home base as we visited several friends after moving away from Valparaiso a couple of years ago. Some accessibility features were very helpful after a recent injury. This is a great spot for a visit to Valpo. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful, clean, cozy stay in a great location. Communication was excellent, and there was so much to do in town. We LOVED the chickens and reading on the balcony! We've already recommended them to friends!!

The house was actually better than described. More than enough room to fit everyone, and more than normal extras. There was a highchair, and several items that the little one could play with. They provided all the extras such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags which are normally things we needed to buy. We were able to get deliveries quickly from Walmart and door dash. The hot tub was amazing and perfect to relax in. The 2nd bathroom came in handy with a tub for the little one to play in.

Hot tube great! House well stocked. Had a issue figuring out TV not realizing it was streaming only but we got it and then it was ok. Note: 2nd bathroom with tub and washer and dryer are in the basement with pretty steep stairs. Two of us couldnt go down there because of mobility issues. We loved the house otherwise and we loved the hosts! They were great! We hope to return soon!

This is a quiet place not far from what’s happening in Valpo. Full bath first floor plus half bath in the basement meets basic needs. 2 BR up and one large BR on main floor. All comfortable beds. Modern kitchen with large gas stove and VERY quiet dishwasher.

This home was perfect! We wanted a hot tub, a fire pit, and a nice kitchen. And we wanted to be near a downtown area for shopping and dinner. This home was everything we needed... and more. Very clean and well appointed, every room was ready to receive guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need to make meals and enoy our stay. The hot tub was amazing and conveniently located just off the back deck. The entry instructions were clear and sent ahead of time. Everything about our short stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

You were easy to get a hold of when we needed anything and you were pleasant to chat with. I was also really impressed by the accessibility features of the home. When my mom came by, she could easily get around on the lower level, which saved everyone a lot of stress. We would highly recommend staying at your VRBO home and would love to come back next time we are in town.

We had a great stay here on our annual beach trip with friends. Location was great, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms nice and big. Host was very responsive and kind. Lots of towels on property for hot tub and showers. Would stay here again. The only issue was we picked this place over others because it had a playset in the photos - but there is no playset on the property. That said there was chalk for the kiddos and they loved that -- I'm sure it's just a simple oversight, but that image should be removed from the listing.

This lovely 3 bedroom home fit our needs perfectly. The location was great for a quick trip over to the dunes and harbor. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient amenities to save money by preparing meals at home. We loved having the hot tub/spa off the deck and laundry to wash and dry our suits and towels. The bathrooms provided sufficient space for family needs. When we shared an observation about the hot tub needing chlorine, the owners were quick to respond and even change out the water for fresh. Despite all the inclement weather during our stay, we had plenty of space to move around and a good selection of videos:) All in all, a wonderful stay!

We needed a perfect setting for Mom’s birthday visit with her sister in Valpo, including a first floor bedroom and first floor walk in shower This is it! The bonus was that my sister and I each had a private bedroom AND an evening in the hot tub. So cozy. So well appointed. So clean. Even our white slipper socks stayed clean when walking around inside. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and both quantity and quality of linens were superior. Loved it! Can’t wait to go back again.
