Appliances include a Gas Rangemaster cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, pool table, dart board. Outside, there is off-road parking on a private driveway and a garden with a lawn, patio, sheltered area, barbecue, furniture and hot tub. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking.
