Ocean Pearl is a luxurious, pet-friendly eight-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Nags Head. With eight full baths and two half baths, stunning Atlantic Ocean views, and private beach access, this home offers the ultimate Outer Banks vacation experience for families and groups.
Perfectly situated near some of the area's favorite attractions, Ocean Pearl is within walking distance of Jennette’s Pier and the iconic Sam and Omie’s Restaurant. Shopping enthusiasts will appreciate being just a quarter mile from the Nags Head Outlets, while a variety of local restaurants, shops, and attractions are all close at hand.
This home has been thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The first level features three En Suite bedrooms, including a Double-Bunk Room with beach décor and a flat-screen TV, a King En Suite with views of the pool and beach walk, and another King En Suite with a spacious layout and a handicap-accessible shower. A Twin En Suite bedroom completes this level. The first level also includes a lounge area with a wet bar, sink, microwave, and mini fridge, making snacks and refreshments easily accessible.
On the second level, you will find two additional King En Suites. One offers semi-ocean views with access to the deck, while the other provides ample space to unwind and includes a flat-screen TV. This level is also home to a good time, featuring a recreation room with a pool table and foosball table, a theater room with a kitchenette perfect for movie nights, and a covered patio where you can savor the fresh ocean breezes.
The third level serves as the main living space, where breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean greet you from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open-concept layout allows you to cook, dine, and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing group meals, while the large dining table is perfect for gathering over a well-prepared dinner. Two King En Suites on this level, each with flat-screen TVs, ensure restful nights after busy beach days.
Step outside to your private oasis. The backyard boasts a heated swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach day, and direct beach access for endless sun and surf. A gas grill invites you to grill up some fresh seafood. Ocean Pearl offers the convenience of an elevator that provides access to all levels of the home.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**Ocean Pearl is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**
Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/03/26 to 09/18/26 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.
Village Beach Club
Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 1.5 miles from Ocean Pearl.
This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Also new for 2026 is Gather, a coastal restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.
Access to the pool and beach is free. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront vacation rental! The location truly can't be beat—just steps from the sand and within walking distance to the outlets, fishing pier, and plenty of local attractions. It made it so easy for our group to enjoy everything the area had to offer without needing to drive far.The house itself is perfect for large groups. The layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone enough room to spread out while still having plenty of communal areas to hang out and relax. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundance of convenient appliances—multiple refrigerators, an ice maker, and even a wine fridge, which came in super handy!The hot tub and pool were definite highlights—great for unwinding after a long day at the beach. We also had a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but the property management team was incredibly responsive. They sent a handyman out quickly, and the issue was resolved without any hassle.Overall, this rental checked all the boxes for a fun, relaxing, and hassle-free beach getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely spot, comfortable for our large family of fifteen. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for large groups. And we got all of us around the large dining table. Close to an ice cream shop and markets.

Location was great and house was perfect for our group. Our kids loved going to the pier to fish and playing football on the beach. Walkable to restaurants, which was great! Highly recommend going to Owen’s one night if you are staying here.

Property has potential of being great but in need of ATTENTION:
The home is not clean.
It was not supplied with basics - garbage bags; DW tabs, hand soap, paper towels or dish towels.
Trash was completely full when we arrived - and smelled terrible.
The back door hinge is broken; was reported, if the second hinge goes the door will fall out and potentially onto someone.
The stairs to beach - had a guest step on nail - luckily they had a tetanus within the last 10 years and we had a nurse with us
The Grille was in horrible condition and we had to go purchase a propane tank to add insult.
The ice maker has mold in it
The seal in picture window is broken - obstructs exactly what we paid for - our view
Mold under shampoo dispensers - disgusting
Dishwashers are in need of replacement they do not work well at all - they ran 1-3 cycles to clean.
TVs do not work
Solar lights around hot tub do not work
Vacuum doesn’t work
Carpets were filthy
House needs some attention.
