The house was clean and ocean front but expensive for all that I am about to write. However check-in was at 5:00pm and check out was at 9 am. This should be adjusted for guests who are staying less than a week as we were only there 4 nights but really only had 3 days. There is a hotel is directly next to the house and blocks so much ocean view. There wasn’t any food containers with lids, it is winter and the gas fireplace was not working….although it wasn’t advertised with a fireplace, the mgt company said we didn’t have access to it. There were a few maintenance items such as a towel bar and toilet paper holder that were not secured to the wall. The outdoor grounds and back pool deck were not kept up well.

Loved the house, it was decorated beautifully . We loved the pool, hot tub and close beach access. Rooms were perfect. Kitchen amenities were above and beyond. What we did not like was having to make our beds upon arrival. We felt that should’ve been done as it’s always done in a hotel or any place else that you stay. Additionally, we were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 8 people and 5 bathrooms- that is just ridiculous) We were given 1 soap, for 2 dishwashers, no hand soap and no extra garbage bags. No bathroom amenities and no beach amenities were provided. The host did offer a stipend for a beach package where you could purchase beach and recreational items. We were able to rent six chairs and two boogie boards, but we did have to pay a delivery fee. A table umbrella should have been at either the dining table outside or at least on the deck by the pool.Amenities stated heated pool however; if you wanted to have the pool heated, you had to pay an extra 400. It is such a nice house that these things should’ve been included.Also, you have to be careful walking on the wood deck and steps going to the beach. Some of the deck nails are coming up and the wood was getting old which could’ve caused slivers if not wearing shoes.Overall, it was a great vacation spot for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It just caught us off guard that items were not available that are normally included in any rental. Especially for renting this for a week.

We rented with our daughter and our son and their families-13 in all. All was great except for being immediately next door to a Comfort Inn whose lights shined into our bedroom with the blinds closed. The house could benefit from a deep cleaning, but it was acceptable. We like to cook and the house was very well equipped which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay. My biggest complain was that we weren't allowed in until AFTER 5 PM and check-out is at 9. It really isn't a week rental. They don't even let you park at the house to use the beach.
