Beautiful unspoilt area of Greatstone right across from the beach. The Romney Dymchurch and Rye model steam railway runs near the rear of the house. Nearby are areas of parasailing and sand yachting as well as sandy stretches of beach. Beautiful place with an unobstructed 180 degree view of the sea, the bungalow is well maintained and comfortable with a good level of equipment. Beach 50 yards. Local pub 20 min walk away with other shops and retaurants within two miles. New Romney is a 15 minute drive away but local buses available.

Required the use of my ramp, as it has two steps at the back and front.We are told it is on one level!
