Welcome to "Frippside" on beautiful Fripp Island beach! This spacious Captain John Fripp Villa is located right at the center of all that Fripp Island has to offer. Take your pick of lounging at the shared pool, just steps from your back patio or head down the walkway to the best strip of beach on the island! Its just a short walk to the Beach club, Fripp shops, restaurants, tennis facilities and much more! This Villa sleeps 6 comfortably and offers 3 full baths!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 7)
* King size master bedroom on the second level w/ full bath
* 2 Full bedroom on the second level w/ full bath
* Sofa bed in living area
AMENITIES:
* Flat screen Smart TV w/ cable
* Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils (pans, flatware, dinnerware)
* High speed internet access with WiFi
* High quality linens (sheets, towels etc.)
* Modern kitchen appliances
* Washer and dryer
* Charcoal grill
* Parking lot spaces (limit 2 cars)
* Ceiling fans
*The maximum number of cars at the home is 2. Please park in assigned parking lot spaces, do not park on streets or any golf cart designated areas.
The master bedroom located on the second floor boasts a King size bed, private full bath, and sliding doors to a private back deck overlooking the pool and the ocean in the distance. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and catch the sunrise before you start your day. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor, has a private full bath with a walk in shower and a balcony overlooking the beach club.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including all of the essentials for cooking and dining in if you choose. Lots of counterspace and storage make it easy to prep any family meal. The dining area comfortably seats six or you can dine alfresco on the lovely outdoor dining area. There is a charcoal grill located on the outdoor patio for your grilling enjoyment . There is also a full bath with a walk in shower on the main level as well.
The living space is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated and will accommodate the entire family. A large screen smart TV provides the entertainment. The family space extends to the outdoor patio with additional seating and dining space for your enjoyment.

Fripp Island is rich with nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities require the guest to have a Resort Guest card. Any guest staying at The Captain John Fripp Villa does NOT need amenity cards to access the communal pool. Facilities requiring a guest card include all golf facilities, resort dining facilities and all community pools. See additional details regarding Fripp Resort Guest cards below

It was clean but rug and cushions on chairs needed replaced. Oven could be cleaned. Loved the pool was close and beach was just a very short walk. I would stay in this villa again. I loved the location

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Fripp Island last week. The condo was in a perfect location. The walk to the beach was easy on the boardwalk and just minutes from our condo. Our granddaughters particularly liked the pool being just outside our back door.
With the amenity cards and Beach club being just next door, we could walk over to play games with the kids and get ice cream from the food truck.
The king sized bed in the master was very comfortable.
Having 2 beds in the secondary bedroom was perfect for the 2 girls to sleep together in the same room as their parents.
The kitchen had all the necessary equiptment needed for us to prepare most meals there in the condo.
We hope to return next year and have the same great experience!

We love staying at Capt John villas. You cannot beat the location. This property is right outside the private pool. Our kids could swim while we cooked on the charcoal grill. Easy walk to beach and the club
