About this house rental
Seaside Zen is exactly the place your family is looking for. And, NO SURPRISE CHARGES -- what you see is what you pay including Amenity Cards and Resort Fees.
This marvelous house on Fripp Island offers a spacious retreat for guests -- with the Cabana Club and its three pools just a short walk away.
With 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa everyone in your crew will have a comfortable place to rest. The 3 full bathrooms provide exceptional convenience. Each bedroom has its own deck and you can enjoy ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.
The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a ROKU Smart TV. Streaming Cable TV with Sparklight Hargray includes all the major cable networks, local channels, and you can login to your favorite apps.
Parking and charging for a golf cart in front of our home -- and EV Charging is available in the garage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and typical cookware. We have a traditional drip coffee maker, a K-Cup brewer, and a hot water pot.
We supply bed linens and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels.
NO SURPRISE CHARGES -- what you see is what you pay. And, we offer the option to spread your payment over three installments.
We include amenity cards in your price quote, please be sure to accurately list the number of guests when booking. You will see a charge of $50 per person to cover the amenity cards and $40 per night to cover the resort fee. The resort will require that everyone present an amenity card when using facilities or dining in a restaurant. However, amenity cards are not required for kids age 0-12.
We're happy to assist with any questions during your stay. We hate to close on a downer, but we do have a few simple requirements:
- No pets, no exceptions
- Primary renter must be at least 24 years old
- We are smoke free -- no smoking please, not even on the decks - $500 additional cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking

Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again.

Absolutely great location! The only downside and this has nothing to do with the house b/c it was perfect. The island has changed so much. We have been going to Fripp for 10 years now and since a new company bought the island everything has changed. It’s sad b/c my family loved Fripp.

We all had a fantastic vacation at Seaside Zen home! The views of the inlet and ocean were spectacular! The amenities were great and the house well stocked. The beds were comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach breeze on the back porch while rocking and looking at the ocean and the waves! The beaches were nice and not crowded and we especially enjoyed swimming and wading in the inlet waters.
