Fully renovated from top to bottom, the home features an open-concept main living area designed for gathering and relaxing. From the moment you walk through the front door, magnificent ocean views set the tone for your stay. The kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, bar-top seating, and a beverage fridge tucked beneath the stairs. The dining area offers seating for six, with additional seating at the bar, while the living room provides comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and high-speed internet for easy evenings indoors.

Two ocean-facing porches create the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset views, including a private porch off the primary suite. Step outside to enjoy the private beach just beyond your door—ideal for evening strolls, grilling, yard games, or simply soaking in the sights and sounds of the Lowcountry. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day effortless.

The main-level bedroom features a king bed and an updated full bath with a beautifully tiled shower. Upstairs, the king primary suite offers private porch access and a spa-style ensuite bath complete with a tiled walk-in shower with bench and multiple shower heads, a soaking tub, and double vanity. The second upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with two twin-over-full bunk beds plus a trundle and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. A second-floor laundry area adds convenience, and a pack-n-play and highchair are provided for little ones.

Located just steps from the Cabana Club pools and café, Wardle’s Landing, and Camp Fripp, the home is also a short bike or golf cart ride from beach access points, golf, tennis, dining, and more across the island.

Our family has been vacationing on Fripp Island for 15+ years and we are beyond thrilled to own a home here and share all that we love about Fripp Island and the lowcounry with you all! While you stay at Frippknot! we welcome you to enjoy all the home has to offer (inside and out) and ask that you take care of the beautiful space we have provided.  THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-PET PROPERTY. PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. BRINGING PET(S) TO THE PROPERTY IS A VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.  

Club cards are required to enjoy resort amenities and are available for purchase with this property. If you choose to add Club cards, a 12.8% resort fee (based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning, and other fees) will apply in addition to the cost of the individual cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
