Appartement très propre, dans une résidence calme en sortie de ville. Les commerces sont à portée de main.
Il est agréable d'avoir une place de stationnement réservée, néanmoins elle est difficilement accessible.
On peut regretter le non équipement en cas de canicule (ventilateur à minima) ; l'isolation, la construction récente et la situation en rez de chaussée permettent de maintenir une température intérieure supportable....mais tout juste.
