- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay.

- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- Gardening service takes place every Monday.
- Pool cleaning takes place every Monday and Thursday.
- As of January 2022, the City of Palm Springs requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing us with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. We will reach out after booking to obtain this information.
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat).
- Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Palm Springs Ordinance and regulations.
- Strictly No Pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home there is a fine of $1000 per pet.

Only 3 cars can be parked on-site.

My wife and I had an amazing trip to the desert. This home offered all we were looking for… clean, close to town, updated, private, beautiful backyard and pool. It was our first time outside of the typical hotel stay. We will be doing this a lot more.

The pool and jacuzzi stayed warm the entire time! The house was clean and good location. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was fine. The pool and outdoor furniture was really nice and pleasant. The communication with the property manager was not consistent or super responsive to the questions we had. We were given conflicting checkout procedures and we couldn’t get an answer to which one they wanted. In addition, it was absolutely not clear from the listing that you can’t heat the hot tub unless you pay the 150 per day pool heating fee.
