Tastefully renovated former stable (exposed stone and beams) located in the countryside, 40 km from Nantes and 35 km from Châteaubriant, and close to the owners' dairy farm.
1100 m² enclosed garden with trees (swings, badminton).
Ground floor: spacious living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 accessible bedrooms with private shower room/WC (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed + 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 cm bed), children's corner with 90x190 cm bunk beds, bathroom/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio, freezer compartment, complete baby equipment.
Included: gas heating, electricity, and linens.
Not included: Towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€90).
No pets allowed.
