This renovated corner house in Saint Nazaire with a view of the Portique de St. Nazaire (harbour crane) and the cruise ships under construction, which are very often docked in the directly opposite harbour, is about 2.5 km away from the city beach.
The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, such as dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, a bathroom with bathtub, two WCs, two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with four single beds, ideal for business stays in the port area, but also for families or holidays with friends.

A Carrefour City supermarket is nearby, as well as a bakery and a pharmacy. An Auchan hypermarket is located in Trignac, about 2 km away.
The holiday home Paquebot de Rêve is located in the port city of Saint Nazaire, at the end of the quay that leads to the beach and downtown with its famous Ruban Bleu shopping center. The beautiful beaches of Pornichet and La Baule are less than 20 km away.
