This renovated thatched cottage adjoins another house, located near the salt marshes, the GR34 hiking trail, and 3 km from the Guérande ramparts. It features a 200 m² enclosed garden with a terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), landing/lounge area (1 single bed), and shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: internet access, TV with foreign channels, and a baby crib.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels, electricity, and tourist tax.
Cleaning deposit (€75). A mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€75).
Pets: €5/day (deposit €100).
