Outside: a private 12m² terrace and a 120m² private area opening onto the owners' shared courtyard, a 2500m² enclosed garden shared with the owners, and a 4x9m heated swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June 15th to September 30th, from 10 am to 8 pm.
On-site parking, bicycles and canoes for rent.
Baby equipment: cot, booster seat, baby bath, and high chair.
Wi-Fi access via router, over 200 channels, Netflix, and a smart speaker. This comfortable and spacious single-story cottage for two people is located in a separate house near the owners' house. It features a private garden and terrace within a fully enclosed Charentaise property. All shops are within walking distance in the village.
The price includes: Rental, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, heating, and electricity.
