This beautiful apartment style home over looks 15 gorgeous acres. It is nestled along the banks of the crystal clear Current River located just a couple miles upstream of Van Buren Mo. This newly remodeled home sits on a bluff overlooking the scenic Current River that kept in out of the historic flood in 2017. You are nice walk or short drive to the 550 feet of private gravel bar! It is recommended to have a higher clearance vehicle to avoid any damage traveling to and from the river access. Terrain is rocky & bumpy - “off the beaten path”.

Beds were comfortable, need a truck or SUV to get to water but gravel bar is fabulous. Was really hot couple days we were there so we hung beach towels over windows to help keep heat out so ac could keep up. Keeping bathroom door closed really helps AC keep rest of place cooler. Kitchen decently stocked

Really nice area way out away from town. Back porch was probably my favorite spot to sit and listen to the relaxing sounds of nature. Our family really enjoyed are trip! Water was a short distance drive/walk and being that close was awesome. Communication was great and check in was easy breezy! This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a bit unsure of what to expect but I wasn’t disappointed! We will definitely book again! Thanks for making it so easy!

The bedding was comfortable & the bunks were actually fulls & not twins, a bonus. However the common space was much smaller than the pics suggest & the bathroom needs work/TLC. The gravel bar is an amazing place to hang & we loved it, but be aware you wont want to walk that. You need to drive & you really might not like taking a sedan style vehicle down there. Also the gravel bar is not 100% private. There are other nearby rentals with access & like at a beach vacation, the early bird gets the prime real estate. I’d consider returning again, but the hubs disagreed, citing the bathroom conditions & the temps in the master bedroom. We did have a great time on the river, but the value for the price is questionable. The access to the gravel bar is what sold me.
