About this space
Perfect for large families, Mom’s group getaways, and multi-family trips. Our freshly remodelled 3 bedroom 3 bath A-Frame House is bright and open and instantly makes you feel at home. It sits on the hillside on 2 acres with 3 special guests: Tina, Turner, and Buck: our Alpaca/Llama family! It’s a 9 minute drive to downtown Lava and 15 Minutes to Pebble Ski Area. Plenty of room to spread out and relax
The space
2 levels featuring a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry on the main floor. Head upstairs to the open loft with 4 queen beds, a lounging area with TV, books, and games. Upstairs also features two more bedrooms including our master suite with a king bed, TV, and bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and gorgeous sunset views. The King suite also has a separate entrance to the rooftop patio that will be ready this Spring. A second bathroom and shower is located off the loft.
We furnished our home with you in mind! We have young kids so if needed, we have a rollaway crib, packNPlay, Highchair, toys, games, cooler, and so much more to make you feel at home.

We loved the lava yay frame! It was so fun feeding the alpacas/llamas and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. The mattresses were all really comfortable! The game room in the garage was awesome for our kids. And the decor is so cute! We would definitely stay again!
