Easy to cook in with a large group! Everything was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of extra bedding.My family from texas even talked about coming in the wintertime so they can have their children experience a white christmas.

We lost our oldest son in December of last year and this was his birthday weekend. The whole family, along with his wife and two daughters were able to come. He would have been 35 this week. So we went to remember and share stories and food and fundun.

I love how spacious the place was and how clean everything was! The host was quick to answer and the place had plenty of room inside and out! We had fun in the place and I like how close places were to the house, it was like a 10-15 minute drive from the town and from the pools! So, it was pretty convenient. Overall, I recommend this place for large family gatherings!

We thought it was clean and we'll kept but I would not stay there again. There was not fans in the bed rooms and one small a unit. The bed rooms were roasting until about 4 am. A few fans would go a long way. Even fans to put in the windows to help with air circulation.
