About this house rental

In town for an event? Extremely convenient to either Baton Rouge or Lafayette. Only 15mi to LSU stadium. Far enough away for peace in a quiet, small neighborhood. Attend sporting events, concerts, great dining in the city, then come home to get a great night's sleep in a 1600sf painted brick home.
This house is totally remodeled, everything is brand new; all beds, furniture, linens, everything!

We had a great time! The house was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a quiet location. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Conveniently close to Tiger Stadium for the LSU game, which was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second visit at the Rosedale VRBO! We will definately go back again. We met the owners, Charles and Julie, who are wonderful people. The house is very clean and has everything you need. It in coveniently located between Maringouin and Baton Rouge. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful. We highly recommend!

We rented the house so the family could be close to Baton Rouge for LSU Graduation. It was perfect and the owner could not have been nicer. He gave us the scoop on how to avoid Baton Rouge traffic. The grandkids said it was the best sleepover house ever! It was great to have the whole family together.
