Adjacent to the kitchen is the bar & laundry room with a new front loading washer & dryer. Parking can be purchased within a fenced lot around the corner. Rates are about $20/day.

The building is three stories & composed of 5 rental units: 2 Studios, 2 one-bedrooms & a three-bedroom unit. A tattoo shop is on the first floor.

Quieter spots include Washington Square where the lawns are shaded by old oak trees. The Marigny Opera House offers an eclectic program.
