The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is one bedroom with one queen bed.
We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Kitchen well-stocked. Comfortable and clean inside! Only drawback is it is dark at night, because porch light cannot be turned on and parking lot lights are not turned on. This is good for light pollution, but would feel safer if it were better lit.

Good location, everything needed for convenient stay (kitchen supplies, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.) Bed is very firm. Front entry light seems to be intentionally blocked from being turned on, and parking lot lights either burned out or not turned on. Overall good and would stay again!

This place really needs a deep cleaning and the hole between the bathroom and next apartment needs to be fixed. After the hose bursts on the washing machine the first time we used it I would like make sure no mold or mildew is found in the washing area. 1-Roaches were treated after a few days after arrival. Lasted most of our trip. They began appearing more the last week along with ants. Here are some pictures to support the claim. 2-The huge tree is out of control when we left. We trimmed this tree upon arrival as it was very bushy. 3-We found unidentifiable things under the stove burners hence the roaches and ants. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. 4-Water pressure was excellent. 5-Host tried very hard to remedy the pests but with completely cleaning the place before our arrival and patching the hole identified by the exterminator that was called in two days after initial report. 6-We had to contented with finding dead roaches in the bedroom entryway and kitchen about 80% of our stay. 7-Dishwasher does not clean dishes as the rotary blade is not securely fastened and come off in the middle of a wash.Would not stay here again unless all the pest’s uncleanliness, and cobwebs were addressed to acceptable levels. Personally I would not hire the cleaners again as they did not appear to do their job properly. Nor did they check under the stove burners.
