When you first enter your 3rd floor home, you'll walk up stairs to lead you up to your comfortable stay. With the unit being on the 3rd floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the home. Next, you'll enter an open kitchen and dining area which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. You'll then enter your cozy living room area complete with a fold out couch that can be used as an additional full size bed. Enjoy a large Roku TV with all your favorite apps to catch up on your favorite shows. Then enter your bedroom through stylish french doors and enjoy your luxurious king size bed. Enjoy the unique ceiling window above the bed and a large Roku TV and USB charging ports for your convenience.
In addition to all of these luxuries, this home also includes:
* High Speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 900mbps
* Roku TV's in living room and bedroom featuring free HBO Max, Starz, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+

We enjoyed our time at this property. Communication with the host was very easy and prompt using the app to send messages. As an example, upon arrival we had trouble unlocking the door using the provided code; they let us in within a minute and reset the code. Their video gives a clear representation of the stairs for access and the rooms within the property.View out of kitchen window was wonderful. We were able to see their backyard garden, which had blooming flowers, some rabbits, and even a falcon checking out the neighborhood a few nights. Location was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood with many things to do, restaurants, etc. We loved visiting Minnehaha Falls and the wading area twice. We also went to a cute movie theater Riverview Theater (great prices, midcentury modern theater with current showings) while visiting.One item that was not great - the position of the toilet was awkward with the sink so close.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Host quick to respond to all communication. Dog enjoyed the backyard. Street parking was plentiful and free, and they do have a spot behind the house (our truck was just too big).

The space was overall great- clean and great amount of windows. The bathroom was just a bit small for my 6'1" husband. The yard was a nice bonus for our dog.

Steven and Katie were great hosts. The serenity suite was clean, the bed especially comfortable, and the location is very convenient.
