Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed.
No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.
MONDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Monday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Tuesday morning. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans.
The back garage is being renovated into an apartment no one is allowed to access the dwelling.
NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.

Exactly what we needed! My mom had a knee replacement and traveled from out of town. We needed something that would allow for a few days of recovery before going home. This was perfect for us and she was able to get around in her walker. Plus being so close to the hospital brought me some comfort since she is over 75 years old.

The house was wonderful. It was very clean, we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and clean, The kitchen was completely stocked with all sorts of dishes and glasswear. the location is about 30 minutes away from the Padre state park.
