Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We enjoyed our stay, inside was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, close to the pool and the area is quiet. The outside building is a little deceiving as it’s a little older than other places around however the inside of the condo was pretty and beach themed. The pool is not very big, and it needs some maintenance around it however pool was still nice to be able to cool off. The condo was nice and cool and clean. Kitchen is not very big but it was fine for our small family. Location is great, near restaurants and shops. The only thing I would say that would be beneficial would be that they need to invest in blackout curtains. Especially in the bedrooms. The lights on the whole condo building stay on 24/7 and even with no lights on in the condo the lights from building outside will shine through so there will always be light coming through. So bring a sleep mask.

Plenty of space for 7 people, my child found an unknown pill on the floor that looked as if it was mopped over, no ac vent in bathrooms, pool was dirty and had a bad smell from something around it.. Not to mention we got locked in but was able to exit another gate and walk around complex back to our room. Other than that they had EVERYTHING there for us. Pots pans, clean kitchen,salt, pepper and even jelly packets there. The washer and dryer in the unit is small so if you have a large group it is definitely easier to use the laundry facility. Forewarn there is no ac in the laundry facility. Other than that we happy with our stay.
