Perry Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday cottage near Chipping Campden, which sleeps 2 guests in a well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Formally part of a cider mill, this open-plan Cotswold stone converted cottage beautifully combines traditional character with contemporary style, with original wooden beams, stunning exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak flooring, and a cosy wood burning stove. Immaculately furnished in a warm, contemporary style, this single storey property has a tranquil south-facing garden, which overlooks an orchard, making this a great spot for enjoying home cooked meals in the summer sunshine. Perry Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well-behaved dogs!

A warm and inviting room with a high ceiling and exposed timber beams. Amenities include a super king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table with stool

Private, fully enclosed garden with large lawn and a natural stone patio area, home to an outdoor table and chairs, two rattan recliner chairs with footstools, plus a charcoal barbecue. Guests are also permitted to store bicycles in the Summer House. This peaceful south-facing garden also backs onto an apple orchard and has lovely countryside views.

The maximum occupancy for this property is two guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by one additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them

We had a lovely stay at Perry Cottage, would return without hesitation. However, would recommend that a fan is provided for guests use, the week we stayed temperatures were in the mid 30’s and no fans meant uncomfortable sleeping. We could see that logs are provided for the use in winter so a fan would be beneficial in the summer months.

We had a lovely stay at Perry Cottage. The cottage was easy to find, was beautifully decorated and very comfy. The sofa's were squashy and the bed was very comfy. There were a couple of items that I would specifically call out to promote an improved experience for future stays however; 1) the Wi-Fi is unstable; it's listed as 'strong' in the info shared, which I think is misleading. We were watching TV and streaming and there was constant buffering - it's not fun trying to watch the England World Cup match during an exciting moment and the stream buffers - there was also reference to a Sky Box in the information pack which was not accurate so it would need updating. I'm not sure whether this is an outdated TV or slow Wi-Fi connection, but given how much was being paid for the stay, you'd expect for the basics to be provided well, without such issues. 2) The information pack was hidden away so on arrival it would be good to have this on the coffee table. We had to do a mini treasure hunt to try and locate it so we could access the Wi-Fi and locate other items within the property.

Everything about Perry Cottage was very straightforward, relaxing, cosy and peaceful. Idyllic setting with private patio and garden that looks out over an apple orchard.

Cottage was in a great location and so peaceful, saw deer in the orchard, garden great for our dog to play in. Bed comfortable, lovely place to stay will be back. Only slight complaints were that still seamed to be an ant issue as mentioned before by others, also lots of cobwebs, and fumes from the oil boiler in the kitchen was quite bad had to keep inner kitchen door shut to top the smell in the bedroom and then in the morning open the outside kitchen door as the fumes in the kitchen over night bad, I think the boiler need a service. But over all a very enjoyable stay
