Exterior apartment of 85 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garage. Fully equipped, it is ideal for 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a room with bunk beds.
The apartment is located on the Playa de Mogro in front of the natural park of the dunes of Liencres at the mouth of the estuary of the Pas. Just 800 meters from the public golf course Abra del pas, 12 minutes from Santander and 40 minutes from the Picos de Europa place this apartment in a privileged environment.
Note: It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or people in wheelchairs because to enter the apartment you must climb a floor of stairs.

Very nice apartment - clean and well equipped! It was quiet during our stay since it was December, but very good location and walk to the beach. Jaime was a great host - made sure we were settled and that everything was working properly. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment had all you need for a comfortable stay.
Well equipped. Good bed. Great shower. Fast internet. Excellent secure, onsite, undercover parking. Take note the apartment is 2 flights of stairs up from the front door or 3 from the car park with no elevator.
Communication with the owner was good. His manager met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed.
The apartment was clean if a little tired. Could do with a paint.
