Exterior apartment of 85 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garage. Fully equipped, it is ideal for 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a room with bunk beds.
The apartment is located on the Playa de Mogro in front of the natural park of the dunes of Liencres at the mouth of the estuary of the Pas. Just 800 meters from the public golf course Abra del pas, 12 minutes from Santander and 40 minutes from the Picos de Europa place this apartment in a privileged environment.
Note: It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or people in wheelchairs because to enter the apartment you must climb a floor of stairs.

El piso es grande, limpio y equipado con todo lo que se necesita. Jaime, el propietario, es muy amable y responde rápido a cualquier mensaje. En resumen, pasamos una semana fantástica en Cantabria y recomiendo este piso 100%!

Le propriétaire Jaime est très sympathique et arrangeant. L'appartement est très propre et il y a ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Il y a ce qu'il faut au niveau de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine.
Tout le monde a été satisfait et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location!

El apartamento es correcto. Las camas son cómodas y cuenta con cuna y trona si vas con bebé. En mi opinión le falta cuidar un poco los detalles. Por ejemplo: las camas que no se usan no estaban vestidas. Y eso hace que esas habitaciones no sean acogedoras. De igual modo, le falta algo de menaje de cocina: copas de vino, sacacorchos. A destacar: la comodidad de las camas y del sofá, garaje en el mismo edificio y localización. También es mejorable la calidad de internet.
