About this cottage rental
This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket. Covered with roses and beautiful flowers, it is the perfect getaway! Don't miss this beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, and one bathroom cottage. The house includes central air conditioning and heat, living room, eat-in kitchen, and washer and dryer on premises. One off street parking spot. Only a five minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town & across from the Madaket bike path. The cottage was built in the early 1800's but has been fully gut renovated; custom kitchen which includes Kitchen Aid Professional appliances, farm house sink, white quartz counter tops, custom bathroom, new living room furniture, and a private patio. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 adults, plus one age dependent child.

The cottage was neat, clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated. Photos were accurate and the host was very responsive. My only complaint was the cottage is off a main intersection of an extremely busy road and very noisy. In the main summer months, it might be less due to the level of Contractor activity on the Island. Peter was very nice & apologetic.

The cottage was very clean and as pictured. The host, Peter, was amazing and very responsive. Great location just behind Caton Circle, so it was walkable to town.
