About this house rental
4 Cockle Ct. is a Beautiful Coastal Chic Home just a 5 minute walk to the beach!
Upon entering this open concept home you will immediately notice the stunning architectural details of the archways and the high vaulted ceilings. When walking through the arched openings you will be lead into the main living space. The large windows overlook the private pool and spa and let in a copious amount of natural light which makes the room bright and airy. There is plenty of seating in this room making it perfect for the whole family to get together and watch a move at night on the 55 mounted smart TV.
The gourmet kitchen is adjacent to the living space and features all top of the line stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry with gold accents. The large island with 4 barstools is great for prepping meals for the family or just having a quick bite. There is also a large round dining table alongside the kitchen for six. There is a door from the dining area that leads out to the bamboo surrounded backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and gas grill.
On the main floor of the house you will also find the full laundry room, a powder room and the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a king size four poster bed, comfortable chairs for two, and a smart TV. The en suite bath has a double vanity, clawfoot soaking tub and a separate shower. There is a door that leads out to the pool area as well.
On the mid-level of the home you will find two queen bedrooms, both have smart TV's and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with a combo shower/tub.
On the upper floor of the home there are two more bedrooms. One features two double beds as well as a twin day bed. This room has and en suite bathroom with a combo shower/tub.
Across the expansive "cat walk" that overlooks the main living area is the second master bedroom with a king size bed, two comfortable chairs for curling up with your favorite book and an en suite bath with walk in shower. There is also an additional desk which can be used as a workspace.
This home has all of the modern comforts to make your Hilton Head Vacation a memorable one!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

We were a group of eight women friends enjoying a trip to play pickleball, ride bikes, and have fun together. The house was the perfect size for our group and it has an excellent location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had every amenity we needed.

We had a wonderful time as usual. The home was beautiful clean and accommodating.There were some minor issues. The pool had to be shocked on Saturday and as a result we could not use it on Saturday evening.The back doorknob fell off. Literally simply came off. It was repaired promptly by your staff and worked well all week. We were told that you could no longer get parts for it. I was surprised at that!The pool was the only issue. It was never really cleaned.Chlorine was added, we skimmed it as we should I don’t expect someone to do that every day. The bottom was green most of the week.I don’t want to sound like a complainer. Overall we had a wonderful stay.I would book this property again. Actually I have in the past. The last time The day before we arrived it was struck by lightning. The air conditioner needed to be replaced and all the TVs were out. This time none of that and like I said it’s beautiful and would book again!

house was perfect for our family size. very clean,well stocked kitchen, pool tech cleaned twice. it's longer then a five minute walk, they do have two portable beds for the kids we brought our's. Too many trees around the pool area no sun.

Family vacation of 10 for a week in late May. Nice Home. Easy walk to the beach. Recommend bikes for the area in general. Spa worked fine but directions not printed nor provided clearly in writing and rather confusing; NO kitchen amenities such as foil, salt & pepper etc; kitchen knives extremely dull; ice maker small; king size beds with humps in middle and "valleys" on each side; no first aid kit; furniture somewhat comfortable but not for the size of the home. Bedrooms and baths nice for a large group. Pool fine; lots of debris bc of foliage but cleaning tools & service provided. Would have spent a bit more and rented a home with a view of the ocean and outside deck. Shuttle service nice and as described. Property Management company staff was attentive; but, we were there prior to the busy season. Would not rent again after learning more about the area.
