This property was lovely, and we had a great time. I would consider renting the same property for future stays. I would rate our stay a 4.6 out of 5.
The layout and decor are welcoming. The home was roomy, clean (practically spotless) and beds were comfortable. Nice coffee bar set up. The kitchen was adequate - well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We had a clear view of the lake. The location is convenient to restaurants and hiking trails. Everything worked well, including HVAC, hot tub, appliances, etc. The check in/out process and communication were smooth.
No place is perfect, so here are some minor issues - they did not significantly impact our enjoyment, but still worth mentioning:
1. The 2 bedrooms that face the front of the house were a little noisy due to the traffic on the main road. The bedrooms on the lower level are very quiet.
2. The patio chairs had mildew. Our stay was in April so still chilly, but if you’re going to put out patio chairs, they should be clean!
3. I’ve stayed in a few VRBO rentals over the years, and I’ve never had to bring my own paper products or hand, sink and dishwasher soap. We appreciate the small starter bag of paper and soap products from Railey Vacations, but you need to step it up and provide a proper amount of paper products and soap in each bathroom and the kitchen.

Our family of 8 adults just returned from a relaxing week at this beautiful home. Each couple had their own ensuite bedroom. The house is designed to provide different areas for group gatherings, as well as plenty of room for private space. The kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the deck is beautiful.
