This unit is on the bottom floor of a six unit building. There are no steps to get into this unit. You will have your own private suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll across the bridge, you’ll find the lively Hampton Beach boardwalk, brimming with delicious dining options, exciting entertainment, and classic seaside charm. The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

The property is good location. We had a few concerns. Some of the dishes in kitchen cabinet were unclean. The bathroom had little surface to sit things on. The toilet paper was extremely thin. The bed was comfortable. We liked the close access to the beach.
