Coastal New England paradise awaits in our 2BR apartment, steps from the beach and even closer to the nightlife. Sleep 4 with a queen bed in two rooms, and a queen-sized futon couch in the living room. Kitchen w/island for dining, beach chairs, towels, free WiFi, 3 32` Amazon FIre TVs & more. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!
Step through the front door into an expansive living room/kitchen with kitchen island for dining and couch for comfort. Window A/C units in this room as well as the bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED lights and cozy queen-size bed. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Embrace this beach paradise.
You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including both decks (the deck in front of this unit & the neighboring unit #B)
The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the platform you booked through, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything! Feel free to call or text me if that is more convenient for you.
A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this apartment is centrally located! Walking distance to: The Pier, Wally`s, L Street Tavern, Bernie`s Beach Bar, McGuirks, Casino Ballroom, Ocean Gaming, Boardwalk, Purple Urchin & more!
Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!

I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.

- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency

- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am

I extremely appreciate how communicative the host was, from booking, to check-in, all the way through check-out. The place was spectacular. It was a perfect, quiet location and close to all our favorite spots. The place was clean, comfortable and I loved all the thoughtful amenities like the stocked kitchen, condiments in the fridge, the cute, beachy decor, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of towels and garment racks in each bedroom. My family has been vacationing in Hampton Beach for 15 years and have stayed in tons of different places and this one has been our favorite. Would definitely book again! Thank you for making our beach vacation relaxing and worry-free.

The place was very clean and location was great. Me and my three teenage kids had a blast. Short walk to beach. I want to stay here again. Host Lawrence was very responsive and helpful and answered any questions I had quickly. Looking fwd to staying here again.
