What a charming place! We spent a lovely week at this holiday home in Guilberville, and it exceeded our expectations, The romantic terrace offered stunning views of the Normandy hinterland, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, The interior was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, We even took a day trip to Mont-St, Michel, which was an easy drive away, Can't wait to return!

Hele vriendelijke gastvrije eigenaars, roos en xavier, klein knus huisje met alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke bedden en een lekkere douche. Weids uitzicht. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen en heel hond (Mechelse herder) vriendelijk. Ook geschikt als basis voor uitstapjes

We hebben hier geen comfort. het bed te klein en de matras is zelfs pijnlijk om op te slapen, mijn voeten steken het bed uit. Het toilet dat niet doorspoelt . ik kan niet onder de douche. Een ondergelopen badkamer. De trap is erg gevaarlijk en de geur in het huis van de open haard en het vocht is ook echt niet oké. Wij kunnen nergens relax zitten. voor mijn gezondheid als hartpatiënt komt dit allemaal niet ten goede, zelf mijn man vindt het hier niet comfortabel . Met deze ongemakken kunnen we hier geen 14 dagen blijven. Voor een weekend zou het nog net kunnen of net niet. Op het internet staat het allemaal toch iets netter er mag toch een beetje comfort zijn. Zelf de wifi doet het niet. We vinden het heel jammer, Het zijn sympathieke mensen. Maar aan de accommodatie mogen ze toch iets doen! Versta niet dat zoiets kan of mag verhuurd worden!

Quel ne fût pas notre déception en découvrant cette location ! 25 m carré, espace minuscule ! Aucun confort, ni pour la cuisine, ni dans la salle de bain, aucun confort pour l'espace salon, deux simple et vieux canapés, l'espace table à manger, 1 table bancale et deux bancs en bois très inconfortable ! L'espace cuisine, on ne savait pas se déplacer à deux personnes ! Installation minimale, très petit frigo avec un tout petit compartiment congélateur sans porte ! Plan de travail dans la cuisine minuscule, micro-ondes plaque tournante d'origine manquante. Salle de bain toute petite, impossible d'y être à deux personnes, rideau de douche avec des moissisures et sale, carrelage du sol cassé, PAS de chauffage et il faisait très CRU car des arbres recouvrent le toit, on a dû acheter un souffleur afin de pouvoir prendre une douche. Après qques jours, nos essuies sentaient le moissie à cause du froid/CRU. la chasse d'eau des toilettes défectueuse. Gros problème dans la salle de bain ET dans toute la maison, ce CRU.... Il y avait un petit chauffage à gaz/fioul dans le séjour mais qui ne fonctionnait pas et pas de fioul non plus ! on a dû se chauffer au feu de cheminé ! C'est bien de vouloir louer une maison, mais faire en sorte qu'on ai un minimum de confort ! La télévision fonctionnait une fois sur deux ! cette télévision date des années 60 ! Wifi inexistant ! On avait qu'un seul transat, client précèdent a cassé un transat et pas remplacé ! On ne loue pas dans de tels conditions. J'insiste vraiment sur le fait qu'il faisait froid dans cette maison et certainement dans la salle de bain ! Quant à la caution J'ai parfaitement bien nettoyé la maison le jour de notre départ et on a quand même dû payer les 25 euro de nettoyage, il est bien stipulé dans le contrat, ou à faire par le locataire, ce que j'ai bien fait et c'était plus propre que quand nous sommes arrivés ! Tout dans cette maison est rudimentaire et bancale, aucun confort ! On a cassé la table à manger en s'appuyant dessus, on a dû payer 50 euro pour la réparation de cette table ! Vraiment pas à conseiller cette maison. On savait bien que cette maison était petite et cela en faisait son charme, mais sans confort ni chauffage ni télé et wifi, matériel bancale, on a passé une très mauvaise semaine, heureusement que l'endroit était magnifique pour les balades et randonnées

Mooie omgeving in een glooiend landschap. Accommodatie was piepklein. Er hing een vreemde geur die we door de ramen open te zetten konden wegkrijgen. De frigo hebben we helemaal moeten uitwassen. Het geheel bood geen propere indruk. De slaapkamer bevindt zich in het dak waardoor het enkel in het midden van de kamer mogelijk was om recht te staan. Gelukkig was het mooi weer en hebben we veel buiten gegeten. Niet iets wat ik zou aanbevelen. De eigenaars waren wel vriendelijk.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Rose, de eigenaresse. Ondanks haar gebrekkig Engels, was het toch niet zo moeilijk om te communiceren. In de avond kwam ze zelfs een mand met allerlei lekkers uit haar eigen moestuin brengen. De eigenaars vertrokken in onze eerste week zelf voor 3 weken op vakantie. Rose kwam ons netjes de vervangster voorstellen, die helaas geen woord Engels sprak. Wat betreft de wifi, het ontvangst was slecht. Omdat wij dit al in de reviews hadden gelezen, hadden wij onze laptop meegenomen en die gebruikt als hotspot, wat zeer goed werkte. Helaas hadden we in de eerste week een nacht onweer gehad, waardoor de stroom was uitgevallen. Door Rose te bellen (nummer staat in de reserveringspapieren) werd het meteen opgelost. Daarna ontdekte wij dat de wifi het ook niet meer deed, wat helaas niet meer gerepareerd werd. Verder was het huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. En hebben genoten van de open haard. Rondom het huisje lopen 3 ezeltjes en vroeg in de ochtend zie je soms hertjes in de tuin. De omgeving is prachtig. Een bakker is er op ongeveer 5 km afstand en supermarkten zoals Lidl, Aldi en Carrefour in Torigni op ongeveer 10 km, waar ook diverse eetgelegenheden zijn. Wij vinden de prijs-kwaliteit goed, je kan immers niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang zitten 😉 Wij hebben genoten van 2 weken vakantie, met volop rust, mooie omgeving en knus huisje!

Huisje ligt afgelegen, prachtig uitzicht. Geen bakkertje dus, voor croissants en stokbrood. Wel veel supermarkten 10km. Verderop. Eenvoudig huisje, maar alles wat je nodig hebt, is er.
