Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you

As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Our 4 generation family stayed for 11 nights over New Years and this home was just perfect for our stay. Our 87 year old parents sleep in separate rooms due to my dad's health and they each had their own bedroom with a private bath on the main level. My husband and I had our own en-suite master bedroom on the main floor also. Upstairs our adult daughter and her husband and their kids had 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom. One room was a king and the other had twins. This home is unique as it has 3 king beds! The other two bedrooms have a set of twin beds which gives a lot of flexibility. The location of the rooms was perfect because all of the rooms, with the exception of our master bedroom, were at the front of the house, so any TV noise, pool noise, etc., didn't disrupt the kids or my elderly parents while they were sleeping. It just worked out perfectly. We paid for the pool heating, which was TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The pool was already heated upon our arrival, and we were able to enjoy a nice swim and hot tub after a long car ride. Communication with the management was flawless. They were extremely responsive, quickly answering any questions we had and helping us with renting a gas grill (one is not on the property, but you can rent one for a minimum of 7 days and then 10 per day after that- well worth it for us, as we grilled every day), as well as getting some extra towels, etc.. Check-in was a breeze - we love the community. ALL 10

I was super frustrated there wasn’t any hand soap , dish soap, garbage bags or hand sanitizer at the house
The Washing machine agitator didn’t work and seemed quite dirty I didn’t expect this
