Enter the home on the main floor to find four comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and a pool table adjacent to a wet bar, perfect for gathering and fun. Upstairs, you'll find an open-concept space with a living and dining area that also has a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to an outdoor deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining space.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pre-paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please be sure to enter the number of dogs in the designated pet field when adding the number of adults and children so the pet fee is included in your reservation total. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will result in a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. This was our second stay at this property, the first since new owners and new management company. The location is very convenient to restaurants and stores and the house has plenty of space. The property is showing signs of deferred maintenance - nothing huge, but certainly of note since last visit. A nightstand on both sides of the king bed would be helpful and the bed pillows need to be replaced. Wifi on the lower level is fine, but the upper level is inconsistent. With some thoughtful updates and upgrades, this certainly has the ability to become a top notch property.

Enjoyed a nice girls trip at the trails end. We had some issues with housekeeping when we first arrived, but the host quickly took care of those issues for us. Nice spacious house with room for everyone.

This place was perfect to host our six person bachelorette party! Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen! Yard is perfect for outdoor games and hot tub time.

This property has SO much potential to be amazing. The rooms are spacious and the jacuzzi was amazing! Unfortunately, upon our arrival and first meal, we discovered foil and a charred burger left on the grill. Further inspection of the grill showed only one working burner… Additionally, the bench for the table used to seat the number of guest was unstable. Hopefully the property managers can fix these items for future stays. We would love to return!
